Lyžička medu v teplom, nie horúcom čaji poteší dospelých, deťom do jedného roka sa však med nepodáva.

Rovnako dôležitý je vzduch v byte. Kúrenie ho v októbri rýchlo vysuší, preto pomáha pravidelné krátke vetranie a zvlhčovač v spálni. Mnohým uľaví aj inhalácia pary nad miskou teplej vody, vždy opatrne a s tvárou v bezpečnej vzdialenosti.

Čomu sa radšej vyhnúť

Alkohol, cigaretový dym a veľmi korenené jedlá sliznicu ešte viac dráždia. Neodporúča sa ani časté odkašliavanie, ktoré hlasivky zbytočne zaťažuje. Namiesto neho skúste prehltnúť alebo sa napiť vody. Vhodné je obmedziť aj kávu, pretože môže telo mierne odvodňovať.

Kloktanie a teplo na krk

Kloktanie vlažnou vodou so štipkou soli alebo slabým šalviovým čajom niekoľkokrát denne prispieva k pocitu úľavy v hrdle. Príjemný je aj teplý šál alebo jemný obklad na krk pred spaním. Tieto drobnosti nenahradia liečbu, no dodajú telu pokoj na regeneráciu.

Kedy navštíviť lekára

Ak zachrípnutie trvá dlhšie ako dva až tri týždne, ak sa pridá výrazná bolesť pri prehĺtaní, dýchavičnosť, krv v hliene alebo vysoká horúčka, je rozumné poradiť sa s lekárom. Dlhodobé zmeny hlasu by mal posúdiť odborník, najmä u fajčiarov a ľudí, ktorí hlas používajú profesionálne.

What this does not show

Historical completed USDC is not an open job. A directory blurb is not current inventory. A 402 is not a bounty. Credits are not USDC. A funded test task that says “please ignore” is not work. 两人在冰玉堂吃完晚饭，张志阁又整理好自己的衣衫，欲要出门。他同姑姑和赵柘交待：「大姑说得对，我要回家一趟。」

赵柘问：「如果他们这次还想关你，怎么办？」

「那就再想办法跑出来。」张志阁说，「总是要跟他们报个平安。」

「我同你一起去。万一有事发生，也有个照应。」

「不用，我父母本就不喜欢封南学堂的人，你去了，事情变得更复杂。」 赵柘焦躁起来，离张志阁遇害不过十天时间了，这个时代通讯如此不发达，一旦分开，中间出个什么差错都很难联系上，他担心出事那阵又找不到张志阁。但他也找不到理由阻止他去看父母，无论什么借口都违背常理。脑海里转了一圈后，他谨慎开口：「倘若我想找你，该去哪里？」

「三天，就三天。」张志阁说，「三天后我回冰玉堂找你。如果没来，我也会去学堂，到时联系。」

赵柘点头，只能如此了。

晚上，赵柘在床上辗转反侧。他十分渴望睡眠，脑里的思绪却不受控制，四处乱窜。他一会儿想起左修文焦急的神情向他求助，说明几被锁在家里，能不能帮帮他，转眼间变成黑夜里的无名碑，连祭拜也只能偷偷去；另一会儿又浮现张志阁被枪杀的场景，在烈日下竟看不清凶手的脸；越想越焦躁，他又翻几个身。不知小洵在他不告而别后有没有气坏身子，会不会又吃不下饭？

他一下子睁开眼睛凝视黑夜，那家伙究竟好好吃饭没？

要是真放不下，就明天吧，明天去看他。当然不是打照面，远远看一眼就好。不过，小洵身上肯定带着体征探测器，只要他一靠近，探测器就会报警，他就会立刻被小洵逮捕，那之后谈不上救张志阁了。见小洵有风险。那到底还去不去？可是，小洵有没有好好吃饭也是一件严肃的事儿，不然他一个现代人，本来在二十一世纪活得好好的，饿死在1897年，往哪里说理去？还是去看一看，别被发现就好。

他在明，小洵在暗；他知道他住哪里，但他不知道。他自认有主动权。

第二天早上，赵柘穿上最朴素的衣服，戴上斗笠，往小贩那儿买了两个包子就上路了。他没有去封南学堂找纪洵，而是去到他曾经囚禁他的小屋外面。他推测纪洵原本就租下了那间屋子，现在也不会搬走。他希望从他走出租屋的那一刻算起，知晓他一天的行程。

他在远远地在拐角处站着，看着那扇紧闭的门。太阳在天上行走，眼见阴凉处越来越短，他掏出乔姆看了眼时间，已经等了半小时……四十分钟……五十分钟，门依旧没开。他眼见经过的人换了一拨又一拨，一个半小时过去了，还不见纪洵出来。他沿街角坐下休息，心想自己真是蠢爆了。

小洵或许换了住处，又或许早早去了封南学堂，说不定还在学堂里蹲守他呢。今天还能看到他么？

算了，尽兴了就回去吧。

就在他起身准备离去之时，租屋的门打开了，有人从里面走出来。

没错，是他。

距离有些远，他看不出他是高兴、难过还是愤怒。赵柘担心自己再靠近，纪洵身上的探测器就会报警，他便不敢向前了。他仔细观察他的背影、他走路的姿势、他有没有在东张西望——看起来这个距离是安全的，纪洵没有发现他的存在，他放心跟了上去。

这会儿都要中午了，他才出来，看来小洵也没有「拼尽全力」来找他嘛，尽在摸鱼，他也不知道该放松还是失落。不过，现在饭点了，他最希望看见他去附近下馆子。

赵柘跟着他走上大路。他忽然想起几个月前在伊城，就算会天天见面也还是会想他，于是像个跟踪狂一样，跟着曾经是高中生的他一路到学校。换了时空，他还在做一样的事。赵柘再次觉得自己无可救药，明明这个年龄是拼搏奋斗的时期，他却沉浸在跟踪男人，看他吃饭游荡。

正在走的这条路，倒是很熟悉，小洵到底要去哪里？他很快知道了答案——小洵进去的不就是不久前他带他去的茶楼！故地重游，不知何意。但有一点他放心了，土著张明几介绍的茶楼，绝对能吃好。他傻乐一阵，自己在楼下小饭馆里点了份炒粉，坐在离门口最近的位置，边吃边等纪洵从里面出来。

纪洵自己都不晓得为什么突然会来这一家茶楼，午饭随便吃一吃就好了，何必大费周章。但是，当他在街上听见路人闲聊，这家茶楼是全南越最好的茶楼。他一听名字，好巧不巧，就是那个男人强逼他来的这家，转眼间，他便神差鬼使般站在这家茶楼底下。

上次来，一点儿胃口都没有，饭菜是一点没吃，好不好都不知道。这次么，来都来了，尝下味道，没什么复杂的理由，他用冷漠的语气对自己心语。哦，如果味道不行，那人罪加一等。

他上楼，选雅座，跟上次一样的地方。

店小二看他的神情像见了鬼一样，他眼睛一瞪，小二不敢说什么了，兢兢业业听他点餐。他不懂南越菜式，于是点了跟上次一样的菜品。

上菜了，色香味俱全。他品尝一口，不愧为美食之都，味道鲜美精致，有回味。食物越好吃，他越生气，吃到后面他要把自己气炸。南越最好的茶楼，他是相信的，只不过那男人带他来，是因为他强迫他做了那事，心里愧疚才带他来，就算点一百只烧鹅都不能抵罪。自己更蠢，居然为此吃不下饭，饿到自己。就是因为这样，思考不利索了，罪犯追不上了，什么事都做不成。以后他可不能再做这种蠢事！

他气呼呼吃完这顿饭，一粒米不剩，走出茶楼。

按照原计划，他准备去封南学堂打探打探有什么新消息，但他突然厌倦了，那个叫张明几的学生看来短时间内不会回来，其他学生也不知道更多信息，去了也不会有什么进展。他要换个思路。

船娘的小女孩怎么说的？赵柘让她转述，七月十七日，他会回来找他。且不说赵柘这厮是不是又在骗他，为何专门提到七月十七？如果这个时间并不是随便捏造的，说明那个时候，他已经完成所谓改变历史的计划。他想改变的历史事件，就在七月十七日不久之前。

纪洵把他之前掌握的信息像拼图一样凑起来。已知与赵柘关系好的学生张明几，他参与了炸总督府的策划，他的同伙左修文被处决，但他本人未被官府逮捕，还能在学堂自由移动。炸总督府的行动在六月底，赵柘要完成的计划在七月十七日之前，时间相距很近，万一他的计划就是炸总督府的后续呢？

现在离七月十七日也不过区区十几天了，他需要了解更多的背景。

他在路上遇见卖报纸的小贩，一口气买了七八份报纸，等不及回家读了，索性蹲在路边翻阅起来。

报纸上还在讨论左修文的案子，轰轰烈烈，各式各样的信息让他目不暇接。他注意到左修文实行爆炸的的时间，和他逮到赵柘是同一天，并且就在赵柘被逮的时间之后。赵柘那时在路上匆匆忙忙，有没有可能，就是为了去跟左修文汇合？而他欺骗他说，他的计划是和同伙们救下左修文，实际那时左修文已被处决。那么，他的真正计划又是什么？

没办法从已有信息推导出来……实在有太多可能性了，纪洵目前只能凭自己的想象力猜测，要么因为左修文计划失败，赵柘想助他们一臂之力，在七月十七日之前再度实行；要么，张明几因为卷入左修文的案子被捕，甚至被处决，赵柘想救他一命；又或者，他想做的与这一切无关，他跟那个学生关系好……是因为他们情投意合，尿到一个壶里去了。

他头疼起来，心情不悦。他站起来，整理好手中的报纸，顺手给了街边收废报纸的人。再沿着去荔江码头的方向走去，准备去拜访船娘。

当时他和船娘聊天，有几个细节的问题没有涉及到，这次他想仔细再聊。

「你问我们怎么认识的？我不是讲过嘛，他那时刚来，没东西吃，我们看他可怜，就收留了他。」船娘回答。

「你们怎么遇见他的？他是自己走到船上的吗？」

船娘沉默一阵，压低声音说：「四月份那阵，他在江水里泡了几个时辰，没啥力气，差点要淹死，我们捞他上来，让他在船上住了几天。没想到他这么有出息，是个读书人哩。」

纪洵一愣：「差点……淹死？」

「啊，你不是在找他嘛？你后边那个人，长得真像他，是不是就是他？」
